When the differential lock control pedal is stepped down, then 

the  differential  lock  will  be  engaged  and  the  left  and  right 

drive shafts are connected in a rigid manner. 

Release  the  differential  lock  control  pedal  and  then  the 

differential lock will disengage automatically.
