Function and structural illustration of height limiting mechanism of FL40 / 55 / 70-1 series tractors 

By adjusting the limit device (part adjustment method), the lifting height of the implement can be controlled freely. 

To  prevent  the  excessive  lifting  of  implement  from  causing  breakage  of  power  takeoff  shaft  due  to  improper 

operations during use, the users are requested to adjust as per the requirements of second adjustment method with 

reference to above figure during use.

Adjustment method and requirements: 

1.

  

Adjust the lifting push plate on the right end of lifting shaft to adjust the height. Loosen the nut and adjust the 

limiting push plate counter-clockwise to increase the lifting height and clockwise to reduce. 

2.

  

While working with driven implement, adjust the lifting height for turning at turn-row in such manner that the 

ground clearance of the lifted implement is (150~250) mm. 

3.

  

Adjustment for long-distance transfer or road transfer: Adjust the position of limiting push plate in such manner
