gap of gear engagement (0.15-0.25)mm and contact spot (it is not less than 50% along the direction of height of
tooth and it is not less than 50% along the direction of length of tooth). If the gasket is increased, the back lash will
be reduced. After the gap of gear engagement and contact imprint has been adjusted, axle shaft sleeve and retainer
ring for hole in the connecting terminal of final drive casing will be dismantled. Distance from the spacer bush and
retainer ring groove will be measured, which is the height of the adjusting pad. Then the adjusting pad will be placed
and retainer ring for hole will be installed.
B. Retainer ring and sealed cap will be dismantled underneath the main pin.. Adjustment will be conducted in
accordance with gap of gear engagement (0.15-0.25) mm and contact spot (it is not less than 50% along the direction
of height of tooth and it is not less than 50% along the direction of length of tooth). If the gasket is increased, the
back lash will be reduced. After back lash and contact imprint of the wheel gear have been adjusted, the distance
from 6308 bearing and retainer 90 for hole will be measured. This distance is also the thickness of the adjusting
pad. Then, adjusting pad will be placed, retainer ring 90 for hole, sealed cap and retainer ring 102 will be installed.
After adjustment is completed, front axle will be recovered. Front wheel must be wrenched by hand, which shall
be able to freely rotate and cannot have abnormal sound. Then, lubricating oil will be injected into the center of oil
