D ayStar Digital, Inc. wa rrants that for no additional ch a rge it will repair or
replace, at its option, any defe c t i ve products pro p e r ly re t u rned to our fa c t o ry
for a period of THREE (3) FULL YEARS from the date the product is purch a s e d
by the ori ginal enduser.
This wa rranty does not apply if the hardwa re product has been damaged by
accident, misuse, abuse, installed with non-compatible products, modified in
a ny way or if the serial number has been re m oved or defaced. This wa rra n t y
does not apply to damage or fa i l u re of the host computer power supply, analog
and/or CPU logic board or any other add-in boards. This wa rranty is ex t e n d e d
o n ly to ori ginal endusers .
THE GUARANTEE, WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLU-
SIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
