6. Cleaning and Maintenance
6.1 Apparatus Cleaning
Before cleaning the apparatus, the operator shall turn off the power
and unplug the power line.
Handle the used reagents according to existing laboratory
regulations. The spilled reagent should be immediately wiped
away. In case of long-term contact with reagents, the apparatus
body materials deteriorate in terms of anti-corrosiveness.
Do not use the following substances to clean the outer surface of
the apparatus: alcohol and alcohol-containing detergent (windows
cleaner!), corrosive washing powder, solvent containing acetone or
xylene.
The liquid must not contact the electrical connections or be spilled
into the
inside of the machine or mechanical arm.
Do not place the container under the temperature of more
than 65
℃
to avoid station deformation.

Wash the container after the reagent tank is taken out. Use ordinary
neutral detergent to clean the interior wall of the stainless steel, and
wash it with water.
The mechanical arm contains sensitive electronic elements.
Therefore, do not use any liquid for cleaning, but use only slightly
wet towel for gentle wiping.
Use mild detergent to clean the spray-painted external surface
(such as neutral suds), and then use wet towel for wiping. Do not
use any solvent to clean the external surface and / or lids.
Use commercial screen detergent to clean the touch screen. Please
use it according to the instructions of the manufacturer.
Use clean water to wash the container and reagent tank, and the
maximum temperature of the water shall not exceed +65℃. Use
