5. Use
Completion of staining procedure and rapid lifting

Upon the completion of accurate timing and setting of staining parameters,
the definition of step line is completed.

Insert Next Step

to create a step line, and re-define all step
parameters according to the description in the above context.

Continue to create the program step line until all steps are completed and
click
“
Close

to return to the program creation interface.
The user can press the bottom of the interface as needed to select the speed
of the robotic arm. The speed of the manipulator in the drop-down box includes the
slow lifting, the medium speed and the three modes (Figure 50). The system
defaults to slow mention.
The maximum lateral speed of the manipulator is 1 m / s, the rise time is 0.4
seconds, the rise time is 0.76 seconds, and the quick pick up speed can improve
the working efficiency, but it will increase the reagent consumption. Slow speed on
the effect of leaching solution will be better, thus saving reagents. The user should
be combined with the actual situation of the robot arm speed to choose.
