5. Use
Hematoxylin setting
After touching to activate the option of hematoxylin, the operator can perform
setting based on the days of dyeing or number of stands.
Setting based on the days of dyeing: For example, if the frequency is set to
every 2 days, the dyeing time increases by 1 second. This means that on day 3 of
hematoxylin dyeing, the dyeing time increases by 1 second on the basis of
program-set time. On day 5 of hematoxylin dyeing, the dyeing time increases by 2
seconds on the basis of program-set time; and so on.
Setting based on the number of stands: For example, if the frequency is set to
every 2 stands, the dyeing time increases by 1 second. This means that when the
3rd stand is used for hematoxylin dyeing, the dyeing time increases by 1 second on
the basis of program-set time. When the fifth stand is used for hematoxylin dyeing,
the dyeing time increases by 2 seconds on the basis of program-set time; and so
on.
Eosin setting:
After touching to activate the option of eosin, the operator can perform setting
based on the days of dyeing or number of stands.
Setting based on the days of dyeing: For example, if the frequency is set to
every 2 days, the dyeing time increases by 1 second. This means that on day 3 of
the eosin dyeing, the dyeing time increases by 1 second on the basis of
program-set time. On day 5 of the eosin dyeing, the dyeing time increases by 2
seconds on the basis of program-set time; and so on.
Setting based on the number of stands: For example, if the frequency is set to
every 2 stands, the dyeing time increases by 1 second. This means that when the
3rd stand is used for eosin dyeing, the dyeing time increases by 1 second on the
basis of program-set time. When the fifth stand is used for eosin dyeing, the
dyeing time increases by 2 seconds on the basis of program-set time; and so on.
