Configuring AAA for Administrative and Local Access
Types of Administrative Access
MSS allows you access to the switch with the following types of administrative access:
• Console - Access via only the console port.
• Telnet - Users who access MSS via the Telnet protocol.
• Secure Shell (SSH) - Users who access MSS via the SSH protocol.
• Web View - A Web-based application for configuring and managing a single switch
through a Web browser. Web View uses a secure connection via Hypertext
Transfer
Protocol over Secure Sockets Layer (HTTPS).
