The maximum permissible speed of the compressor at

"winter temperature". Sets the compressor’s maximum

speed (R2) at outdoor temperature T2.

Only applies to modulating air-to-water heat pumps.

Ext. noise reduction rps

Set the compressor speed value applicable for remote

control.

Read more in the "Def. Remote Control" section of the

"Installer / Define" chapter.

Max rps warm temp

50 (50...120)

The maximum permissible speed of the compressor

at "summer temperature". Sets the compressor’s

maximum speed (R1) at outdoor temperature T1.

Only applies to modulating air-to-water heat pumps.

Noise reduction, schedule

This menu starts a weekly program with limited

compressor speed to reduce the noise level.

The "Weekly Program" chapter describes how to set

schedules.

Charge pump

50% (In Progress, 25, 100)

Charge pump speed in %.

The speed is calculated using the “Auto adj. charge

pump” function.

The speed can also be programmed manually. If the

speed is selected manually, this value is displayed in

red.

The value is also displayed in red on installation as “Auto

adj. charge pump” has not been run.

If a value of 100 is reached and displayed in red there is

insufficient flow to the heat pump.

If a value of 25 is reached and displayed in red the flow

to the heat pump is higher than optimal.

Auto adj. charge pump

This function starts the calculation of the optimal charge

pump speed. The function is activated by marking the

“Auto adj. charge pump” line and pressing “OK”. While

calculation is in progress, "In Progress" is displayed

below the "Charge Pump" row. Once calculation is

compete the new value is placed in the "Charge Pump"

row, e.g. 72%

The calculation takes about 5 min. DO NOT touch the

screen when the text "In Progress" is displayed.

Different operating modes and seasons may produce

differing results. Any calculation should therefore be

repeated after 4 weeks.

The diagram shows that the compressor speed is controlled
according to the outdoor temperature.
When the outdoor temperature is below T2, the compressor
speed adjusts up to R1.
When the outdoor temperature exceeds T1, the compressor
speed adjusts down to R1.

These temperature and speed limits are set in the menus on
the left.
