Using the Points palette

The tools in the

Points

palette allow you to specify what type of line connects punchpoints of graphic shapes.

Using these tools, you can also change a straight line to a curve or make a curve straight.

Punchpoint Straight tool (

) . . . . . Punchpoints are connected with straight lines.

Punchpoint Simple Arc tool (

) . . Groups of three punchpoints are connected with an arc. If only two

punchpoints are specified, the line remains straight.

Punchpoint Fitted Curve tool (

) . Punchpoints are connected with curves that fit the path of the

points.

Punchpoint Smooth Arc tool (

) . . Punchpoints are connected with an arc that creates a continuous
