Paper Feed Delay
The Paper Feed Delay control allows the
operator to specify a delay time which
controls when the transport automatically
grabs and positions a document that is
placed in it (for more information on this
control, see
Feeder Delay
under 6.7
Transport Control in this manual).
Transport Speed
The Transport Speed control reduces the
transport speed, which is significant when
scanning fragile documents (for more
information on this control, see
Transport
under 6.7 Transport Control in this manual).
Document Output
The Document Output control dictates
where a document is placed after it is
scanned (for more information on this
control, see
Doc. Output
under 6.7
Transport Control in this manual).
Scan Mode
The Scan Mode control dictates the quality
of the scanned image. The two options are
‘High Quality’ and ‘Fast’ (for more
information on this control, see
Scan Mode
under 6.7 Transport Control in this manual)
Preview Scale
The Preview Scale control is used to specify
the preview scale factor. Higher values
result in smaller previews; and lower values
will produce larger previews, but take more
time to send and display.
The available settings for the Prev. scale
are ‘Auto’ and a range from 1:1 to 1:64. If
set to
Auto
, the function will perform a best
fit before the image is displayed on the
screen. The default setting for Prev. scale
is 1:6.
Note
The ‘Auto’ option is not available
from the
Touch Screen
.
