Log Files Button
Clicking the
Log Files
button displays the Show Log Files screen, from which the Poweruser
can retrieve and review information for sent-data verification, as well as, administrative auditing
of communication. Log Files are a valuable troubleshooting tool for the Poweruser, and are
available for:

FTP
•
SMB
•
SMTP
•
Scanner
•
Updates
•
USB (if the option is installed)

Note
FTP, SMB, and SMTP are all communication type protocols for transferring data. If
you are not familiar with these protocols contact your IT Department/Administrator.
Scan Test Targets Button
Clicking the
Scan Test Targets
button displays the Scan Test Targets screen. The purpose of
these two test scans (Scan CSTT Test Target and Scan IT8 Test Target) will be so that test
images can be created and sent for service/troubleshooting analysis via email.
Note
Even though the screen is available and active, the full functionality does not yet exist
in the current firmware release (5.00).

Network Analyzer Button
Clicking the
Network Analyzer
button displays the Network Analyzer screen, from which the
Poweruser can gather information about the data transfer speed of the network where the
Infinity WF scanner is installed.
