Every function block can be parametrised to stop-category 1 or stop-category 2. In STOP-category
2, after the expected standstill the SOS function is activated automatically.

Stop-category 1
This option allows monitoring the controlled EMERGENCY STOP according to EN 60604.
According to the definition in the standard, the current supply must be disconnected after the
standstill of the drive. The separation is supported by the shift of the initial value of the SSX
function from
“1” to “0”
