in grey
•
Two cursor values
–
positionable
Information:
Optionally, the assigned colours can be adjusted.
Data blocks SSX1
–
SSX4
Function
•
Recording of process data for velocity and acceleration
over the period.
•
Recording of maximum and minimum speed limits for the
monitoring over the period.
Application
•
The diagram shows the dynamic behaviour of the drive via
the visualisation of velocity and acceleration.
•
If SSX is not enabled, the limit speed remains zero.
•
While the SSX function is enabled, the limit speeds and the
current velocity are recorded and are displayed over the
period.
•
If the current drive velocity remains below the limit speed,
the system is not switched off.
Output
•
Acceleration in [rpm/s]
in red
•
Lower limit speed in [rpm]
in green
•
Upper limit speed in [rpm]
in yellow
•
Current speed in [rpm]
in blue
•
Selectable SCU output
in grey
•
Two cursor values - positionable
Information:
Optionally, the assigned colours can be adjusted.
SEL (time-based)
Function
•
Recording of process data for velocity and acceleration or
via position or the course of time.
•
Visualisation of the current position in the form of a parallel
cursor.
•
Visualisation of the current stop distance in the form of a
drag pointer.
Application
•
The diagram shows the value oft he dynamic stop distance
as minimum value of the braking distance.
•
Check of the set parameter values in the SEL function.
Check of the reserve available for switch-off.
Output
•
Current position in [r]
in red
•
Speed in [U/min]
in green
•
Acceleration in [r/min/s]
in yellow
•
Stop distance in [U]
in blue
•
Selectable SCU output
in grey
•
Two cursor values - positionable
Information:
Optionally, the assigned colours can be adjusted.
