Ramp/Soak generator in the profile. This byte will have the values 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, A, B, C, D, E, F, and 10, which represent segments 1 to 16 respectively. If the
byte=0, then the Ramp/Soak table is not active.
