Exporting

license file

Returning MD8470A to the

state at factory shipment

Importing

license file

Export the license file (*.lic, *: arbitrary name) using the License

Management Tool. Save the exported license file to other than the

MD8470A hard disk.

Return the MD8470A to the state at factory shipment, by referring to

[Procedure for returning MD8470A to state at factory shipment]

provided below.

Import the license file (*.lic) saved by using the License Management

Tool.

[Procedure for returning MD8470A to state at factory shipment]

Startup

Boot the MD8470A. Then press “F4” key on the keyboard while the

following message is displayed after BIOS screen appears.

Initializing Intel(R) Boot Agent FE v4.1.09

PXE 2.1 Build 083 (WfM 2.0)

Only when it is booted initially, the following EULA (End User Licen-

se Agreement) screen appears.
