SOAP Schema

The EMS provides a northbound, XML/SOAP-based interface for third-party 
Network Management Systems (NMS). An NMS can use this interface to control 
the EMS, as well as the network elements the EMS controls.

This appendix provides information about the SOAP schema. The first sections
