Chapter 15 Multicast Configuration

15.3  Multicast

You can create a multicast template using the Template > Multicast Setting 
Template screen and apply the template to the switch in the Provisioning > 
Multicast Setting Provision screen.

Note: When you apply a multicast template, all custom port multicast settings will be 

erased. 

IGMP Last 
member 

Select the check box to set the OLT to query all group members when a 
group leave message is received. This is to confirm that all group 
members wish to leave that IGMP group.  

Clear the check box to disable this feature. The OLT does not send an 
IGMP query message when a group leave message is received, and the 
member that sent the leave message is removed from the IGMP group. 
The OLT will not remove the group until the last member is removed.

Specify the time interval (in seconds) the ONU is forced to leave a given 
multicast group and waits before it can join the group.

Specify the time interval (in seconds) at which the OLT resets the 
preview counter.

Apply

Click Apply to save the changes.

Copy to...

Click the Copy to.. button to copy the configuration from the device 
that you are currently configuring to other device(s) of the same model.

Click Close to exit this screen.
