Chapter 19 EPON Profile Configuration

NetAtlas EPON Manager User’s Guide

Network VID Select a  VLAN ID number the OLT adds to the upstream traffic.

Note: Only links on the same ONU may use the same VLAN ID.

Upstream 

CoS

Select a CoS value the OLT adds to the upstream traffic.

Downstream 

Priority 

Selector

Select CoS to have the OLT uses the CoS field to classify traffic and 
select the link to which traffic will be sent.

Select ToS to have the OLT uses the ToS field to classify traffic and 
select the link to which traffic will be sent.

If you select ToS in Prioritized VLAN or Priority Shared VLAN mode, 
you should also configure one and only one link to transmit non-IP (non-
ToS) frames. The link will have the lowest priority.

Specify the starting value of the priority range the OLT uses to select the 
link to which the downstream traffic will be sent.
