The laser module and the power supply unit are housed in the component rack (Fig. 38). The stage controller
as well as gas, humidity and temperature controller need extra space to be set up near the system. Do not
place them on the system table to avoid vibrations.
The stage controller can also be mounted in the component rack. Component rack and liquid cooling system
(LCS) can alternatively be placed below the system table. An extra computer table for the Storage PC would
need additional space to the left of the System PC computer table.
It is recommended that the room is equipped with a connector for compressed air to supply the actively
damped system table with compressed air. Alternatively, a gas cylinder with compressed air can be employed
that has to be sufficiently secured to meet the safety regulations.
