Conclusion
CIRRUS HD-OCT retinal thickness measurements are accurate and repeatable. Better than
85% of all scans are correctly segmented, even in the presence of pathology. Features
introduced with CIRRUS 4.0 software improve repeatability standard deviation to 2.5
μ m in
normals and to better than 9 μ m for subjects with a variety of pathologies.
