The damping time constant is set to 3 seconds at shipment.
The time constant can be set to any value from 000.5 to 199.9.
Resetting the Damping Time Constant
Introduction Set a damping time constant to cut out minute fluctuations when transmitting
the measured instantaneous flow rate to the control equipment. Check the
amplitude of variation in instantaneous flow output and set the damping time
constant to an appropriate value.
The new value of the damping time constant becomes effective at the moment
when the setting is changed.

tions within 8 seconds.

Touch the MODE key for more
than one second.

About 2 seconds after that, the
screen will indicate the damp-
ing time constant setup display.

Touch the key three times.

Touch the or key to indi-
cate the desired time constant.
In this example, damping time
is changed from 3 seconds to 10
seconds by six touches of the
key. The value can also be
changed by holding down the
key.
