bin 1 elevate motor (MOT11-030) by incre-
ments down On/off. 15 seconds

Energizes the LCSS and HVF bin 1 ele-
vate motor (MOT11-033) to cycle bins up/
down until time-out or stop. On/off. 90 seconds
