3.1.2 Basic way of printing
The basic way of printing is as follows.
For details, refer to the online Help in the printer driver.
The way to display the printer properties dialog box differs according to the
application used. Refer to the manuals of the respective application.
From the File menu, select Print .
Check that the correct printer is used at the
Name list box, and then click Properties .
Click the Paper/Output tab.
If necessary, define the various settings on
this tab.
If necessary, define the settings on other tabs.
Click OK .
3.1.3 Online Help
Refer to the online Help for explanation on each of the printer driver items and on the
operation during printing.
"4.3 Configuring the Printer Drivers" for details on the printer driver items.
Click the "?" at the top right corner of the
window of the printer driver sreen.
With the mouse pointer having an "?"
attached, click on top of the item which you
need an explanation.
The explanation will be displayed in a pop-up
window.
Click anywhere on the screen to close the
pop-up window.
