E Configuring/Using
PostScript Logical Printer
(with PostScript Software Kit)
In CentreWare Internet Services, you can configure beforehand frequently-used settings (e.g. document
size, paper tray, paper sizes) on the logical printer for the printing of PostScript and PDF files. You can then
print from the computer by just specifying the logical printer name, without making any detailed settings.
E.1 Configuring the printer
You can configure ten types of settings, No.1 to 10 for the PostScript logical printer in the
following location of CentreWare Internet Services:
Properties > Emulation Settings > PostScript.

E.2 Configuring the computer and specifying printing
The logical printer configured in CentreWare Internet Services can be specified from the
client computer in environments like the Unix.
It is necessary to configure the computer in order to use the logical printer for printing.
The way of configuration differs according to the OS.
