Switch off the power supply.

Detach the PTFE tubes (1) from the pump tubes (4). Make sure
that the marker sleeves (2) are secure. If necessary, plug the
ends of the PTFE tubes to prevent fluid from flowing into the
analyzer.

Unscrew the 4 knurled-head bolts (5) that attach the pump
body to the motor housing.

Pull the pump head downwards and off.

Remove the tube retaining plate so that the pump head sepa-
rates and the tubes can be detached.

Clean the head and rollers and grease lightly with a silicone lu-
bricant.

Replace the pump and attach it with the 4 knurled-head bolts
(5).

Switch on the pump.

Feed the pump tubes through the appropriate holes in the re-
taining plate and allow the rotation to pull them all the way
through.

Switch off the pump.
