Checklist for commissioning the equipment
Check the following points before beginning measurement:
l
Is reagent solution available (not older than 1 month)?
l
Is fresh standard solution available for calibration?
l
Is cleaning solution available?
l
Is distilled water present in the U-tube?
l
Is carrier gas available at a pressure of 2.2 bar?

Commissioning
1
Carry out the preparatory steps as described in the checklist.

Switch on the main power supply to the PROTOC 200 (if it was
turned off).

Plug in the controller power cable.

Switch on the IR detector (if it was turned off).
5
Open the gas inlet.

Switch on the pump.

Check that liquids and gas are flowing.
8
Switch on the UV lamp.
9
Allow one hour for the analyzer to stabilize.
