5.2.4 Setting the measuring range
The analyzer measuring range can be adjusted in the RANGE SELECT
menu. This should only be carried out if the analyzer section has also
been modified to run at the new range.
1 Press the ENTER/MENU key. The MAIN MENU appears on
the display.
2 Press F1. The SENSOR SETUP menu appears.
3 Press F4. The EXTENDED SETUP menu appears.
4 Press F2. The measuring range value is highlighted.
5 Set the new value with the UP/DOWN key (10 ... 20 000).
6 Submerse the calibration induction tube in the new solution.
7 Press F2. The signal frequency in Hz is highlighted.
8 Press the UP key to energize the calibration solenoid.
9 Allow 8 to 10 minutes for the system to stabilize before taking
a reading.
10 Press the UP key again to accept the new value.
