Alarm ID

The Navigation Echo Sounder ELAC LAZ 5200 uses alarms either with the 
alarm ID "230" (according to IEC 61924-2) or with the alarm ID "3031" (ac-
cording to IEC 62923-2). The alarm ID can be set in the menu "SYSTEM 
SETUP".



The alarm text can be expanded to include a description of the alarm. The 
alarm description is optional.

With the Navigation Echo Sounder ELAC LAZ 5200, the alarm text is always 
"Depth below keel alarm". The Navigation Echo Sounder ELAC LAZ 5200 
transmits only an alarm title and no alarm description.
