each harmonic order, disregard small values and compare to the limits.
(That's 39 averages compared to the limits).
ALSO
3. If the any of the odd average harmonics from 21 to 39 measured in (2)
exceed the limit that's OK as long as:

The measured POHC (for each 16 cycle block) does not exceed the
POHC calculated from the limits.
AND
•
Condition (1) is still met.
The combination of Voltech PM analyzer and associated software perform
all the necessary measurements in strict accordance with the standards and
present the results in an easy to understand graphical form.
