To run the Flicker test:

From the Top Level menu, using the mouse, select

Run Test

Flicker Meter

to bring up a sequence of dialogue boxes including the following:

As for the Fluctuating Harmonics test, ensure that the Mains supply is

connected to the Product Under Test at the first display and click on

the OK button. At the second display, ensure that the Product Under

Test is switched on and has settled into steady state operation, and

then click on the Start button.
