Troubleshooting Scan and Copy Issues
Object replication (ghosting).
This error very rarely appears in CIS scanners. However, you can
occasionally find image defects like the following (original on left,
scanned image on right).
1. Restart the printer.
2. Calibrate the scanner, as indicated in

- Turn the original 90 degrees, if possible before re-scanning.
- ModifyLighter/Darker setting.
4. If the problem persists, analyze pattern

replication" issue.
