and then click

Critical data:
A) Go to
Setup...
to check the following:
I.
Column length = 30; Column bore = 320
II.
Gas Saver Time Out set to zero for burn-in purposes
B) The following can be checked on the status screen:
I.
Injector and Oven Temp. = 50 C
II.
Split State to on; Ratio to 100
III. Pressure set to 10 psi
C) Adjust sport valve flow to 5-10 mL/min.
D) Verify flow coming from test column is 30-100 mL/min.
E) Verify that there is flow out of EFC vent tube.
