Head Jog Step
is the distance in millimeters that the head will move when
Jog
is
pressed.
Note:
The
Jog Step
fields require the value to be entered in the following format:
XXX.XX. (i.e. 100.00).
Tray Jog Step
is the distance in millimeters that the tray will move when
Jog
is
pressed.

The
Head Position
indicates where the pick head is located in relation to the
Home
position. The
Learned Position
indicates the current Pick position.
The
Tray Position
indicates where the tray is located in relation to the
Home
position. The
Learned Position
indicates the current Pick position.
Pressing
the
Learn
button saves the current tray and pick head positions as the
programmed pick location. This is the position the pick head will move to along the
X Axis (left/right) and the tray will move to along the Y Axis (forward/backward)
when picking a part from the
Tray Feeder
.
Once the
Learn
button has been pressed, the
Cancel
button disappears. Press
the
Cancel
button to return to the
Tray Tab
.
Press the
Finish
button to calculate tube pitch and return to the
Tray Feeder Tab
.
Note:
The TM-403 will use these settings for the current job. To save
Tray Feeder Set-
tings
for future jobs, go to the
Job Tab,
select a job name and
Save
.
