Tray Tab
The Tray Setup Tabs allows the user to manually index the tray and configure tray size and pitch.
The user can also utilize the Pitch Wizard to calculate pick position.
1. Tray Screen 1 allows the user to position the trays as desired..
A. Press the Tray tab in the Tab Menu to open that tab window.
B. The right/left Index Arrow buttons move the tray right or left one column. The up/
down Index Arrow buttons move the tray forward or backward one row.
The Center Index button brings the Tray Module into the Eject Tray position at the
front of the machine so it is easily accessible.
C. The Move to Origin button moves the tray and head to the user-defined first pick
position in Tray 1.
Tray Speed can be set from 1-10 and the speed at which the tray moves when
the Move to Origin or Center Index buttons are pressed.
Jog Step is the distance in millimeters that the tray will move when Index is
pressed.
D. The Output Options button allows the user to select Tray to Tape or Tray to Tray
output options. This screen is defined at the end of this section.
The Arrow button advances the user to the next Tray Tab screen.
