Check connection of sub–oxygen sensor connector.

Check and repair harness and connector between
sub–oxygen sensor and body ground.

Disconnect sub–oxygen sensor connector.

Turn ignition switch ON.

Check voltage between terminal CHK of sub–oxygen sensor
connector and body ground.

Go to step [ 6 ].

Check voltage between terminals CHK and GND of sub–oxygen
sensor connector.

Check continuity between terminals CHK and GND of
sub–oxygen sensor connector.

Repair.

Check continuity between terminals CHK and GND
of sub–oxygen sensor connector.

Continuity.

Replace sub–oxygen sensor.

Measure voltage between terminals CHK and GND
of sub–oxygen sensor connector.

Voltage: 12V

Measure voltage between terminal CHK of sub–
oxygen sensor connector and body ground.

Voltage: 12V
