This command reports the current relay logic normally “open” or normally
“closed,” if all the relays are set to same state, that is all open or all closed.
The example below shows that the status when all the relays logic is set to
normally “open”.

Note
if individual relays have been assigned different logic then the response
would be a 4-digit hexadecimal string with the least significant byte (LSB)
being relay no 1.
For example:

relay stat 0x0001 (indicates relay no 1 is set to normally
open logic, all others are normally closed)
Receive:
relay stat 0x0005 (indicates relay no 1 and 3 are set to be
normally open logic, all others are normally closed)
