• Remove the damper rod bolt with a hexagon wrench.
NOTE:
If the damper rod turns with the damper rod bolt, hold the damper
rod with the special tool.

09940-30221: Front fork assembling tool
• Remove the front fork cap bolt from the inner rod by loosening
the lock nut.
• Compress the fork spring with the special tool

• Remove the rubber seat

, spacer seat

, spacer

, oil flow pipe

and spring

• Invert the front fork and stroke the inner rod several times to
let out fork oil.
• Under the inverted condition of front fork, drain oil to hold it for
a few time.
