IMPORTANT:
if control phase module is not present
model, it is advised to install it externallly upstream of the power
supply of the unit .
ATTENTION!
The user is responsible for providing and installing an automatic
cut-out switch upstream of the unit to enable work to be carried
out in the absence of any voltage. The switch must have
equivalent to that indicated on the identification plate.
Check the main voltage.
Disconnect the power supply before working on the system.
Check that the connection wires have appropriate suitable section in
according power and distance of the air conditioner (see EN 60335
1, 60335-2-40).
Make the electrical connection by cable, connector, screw terminal
block on the unit. Unit CVE03 CE has cable (3mt). Unit CVE03 UL has
internal screw terminal block, to connect power supply pass cable
through back frame of the unit, to wire the cable on screw terminal
block. To have accessibility remove frontal panel and close plate of
evaporator side (drawing 1). CE units with electronic board have
connector on rear of the unit (drawing 2), UL units with electronic
board has internal screw terminal block (drawing 3). For further

The nominal voltage is indicated on identification label and technical
data on chapter 15.Power supply can be: 48VDC(36÷59DC). For
mono-phase: 115V-60Hz, 230V-50/60Hz; two
460V-60Hz; three-phase: 400V-50Hz, 460V-60Hz. Unit with three
phase are produced on factory for power supply 460V

Installation of filter
Units can be provided of air filter placed on condensing side
(external side), it required regular ordinary maintenance in order to
ensure correct functioning of the air c
maintenance of the filter compromises the functioning of the air
conditioner because the maximum ambient temperature is
declassed. It is recommended to do a periodic check/cleaning of
status of filter.
If the unit operates in parti
environments it necessary more frequent cleaning activities.
CVE units
Hook filter, with two flaps placed on lower position, to intake grille
of panel. Lay the filter on panel and make sure that two magnets are
laid.
CVO units
Air filter is located behind the panel.
ATTENTION!
Before removing the front panel switch off the unit (DANGER
moving parts!)
Instruction for installation of filter:

Remove the screws on the panel, disconnect ground wire and
remove panel

Thread the filter on lateral guides
-
Connect ground wire, fix the panel with screws (previously
removed)
Cleaning instructions:
Wash the filter with warn water. DO NOT use caustic.
After washing, dry with an air flow.
Activity has to be made with filter alone, not installed on the unit.
