12. Hand Control displays
SENSOR
FAIL
. Level button may or may not
be responsive.
• Bad or loss of sensor
calibration data.
• Recalibrate table.
• Verify battery voltage level and recharge
as needed.
• Verify battery charger function.
• Check sensors, wiring and connections.
• Replace table control board.

SENSOR DEF
displays after flex
articulation. Flex display on Hand
Control has dashes. Table may or
may not level correctly.
• Back or leg sensor bad or
misaligned.
• Check tightness of sensor mounting.
Adjust mounting.
• Check condition of sensor contact
surface.
• Check for proper contact throughout full
articulation.
14. Loss of table function but battery
fuse F8 is OK. Overheating and
bulging batteries.
• Overcharging of batteries.
• Replace power supply/charger.
15. Loss of table function but battery
fuse F8 is OK.
• Ingress of water into
power supply.
• Short circuit or failed hand
control component.
• Replace power supply.
• Isolate Primary Hand Control and check
operation with Backup Hand Control.
• Check both hand control cables.
• Replace Primary Hand Control.
16. Table moves without operator
input.
• Damaged or stuck keypad
on hand control.
• Isolate Primary Hand Control and check
operation with Backup Hand Control.
• Check both hand control cables.
• Replace Primary Hand Control.
17. Primary Hand Control does not
operate table but otherwise appears
OK. Or, unanticipated table
movement.
• Bad Backup Hand Control
or cabling.
• Check for fluid ingress
into both hand controls.
• Unplug Backup Hand Control and check
operation of Primary Hand Control.
• Replace Backup Hand Control.
18. Table is locked but Primary Hand
Control indicates unlocked.
• Pressure switch D1 (or P1)
is bad.
• Verify pressure switches D1 and D2 (or
P1 and P2) function properly. (Self
compensating floor lock system has two
switches. D1 gives unlocked signal when
pressure is too low.)
• Inspect for hydraulic leaks in floor lock
system.
• Check floor lock harness.
