Routine Maintenance

5.7  Replacement Parts

The parts listed in this section are those necessary to do minor
maintenance on the STERIS 4085 General Surgical Table.

To order replacement parts, proceed as follows:

1.

Include part number and description listed in 

Table 5-3

.

2.

Include model and serial numbers of your equipment on your 
order.

3.

Send your order directly to STERIS.

NOTE: For Replacement Parts, note the following:

1) Use only STERIS authorized parts on the equipment. Use of

unauthorized parts voids the warranty.

2) This table uses lead-acid batteries. Lead-acid batteries

normally are subject to self-discharge and battery-life
deterioration in long-term storage. Therefore, STERIS does not
recommend that batteries be procured and then stored as

Verify condition of batteries and battery charger status.

6.0 TABLETOP OPERATION

Check operation of

Examine all lubricated parts. Apply lubrication as needed.

Secure all covers and shrouds.

Reinstall any pads that were removed. Check for rips, tears, etc.

Inspect area to ensure removal of all materials used during inspection.
