12. Disconnect electrical connections.
13. Remove two fastening screws and replace main
valve block.
14. Reassemble by reversing procedure.
NOTE: When reassembling the hydraulic main valve
block, note the following:
1) Ensure all screws are secured with Loctite
®1
242.
2) Replace (do not reuse) hydraulic screws and sealing
washers (see Figure 7-28). Ensure bolt threads,
manifold threads and hose connectors are free of
rubber seal particles.
3) Torque new screws to 14 ± 1.5 N•m (124 ±
13 lbf•in).
4) Follow 4085 Surgical Table Hydraulics figure in
the IPB Section of this manual to ensure proper
reconnection.
5) After reassembly, ensure all table functions operate
properly. Exercise all articulations at least five
times to completely purge system of trapped air.
Adjust movement speed if necessary (refer to
S
6) Check hydraulic oil level with table completely
lowered and tabletop level. Level should be 2-9/16"
(65 mm). Add oil (P764322-636) as needed.

7.20 REMOVE TABLETOP SECTIONS
Remove the Tabletop Sections as follows:
NOTE: Minor adjustments to accessory receptacle positions
may be made by loosening tabletop screws, inserting the
accessory and then torque the screws to 6 N•m (53.1 lbf•in).
7.20.1 Seat Section
Remove Tabletop Seat Section as follows:
1. Remove and save six slotted pan head screws
fastening tabletop to frame (see Figure 7-29).
2. Remove and set aside in safe area to avoid damage.
3. Reassemble in reverse order.

7.20.2 Kidney Section
Remove Tabletop Kidney Section as follows:
1. Remove and save four slotted pan head screws
fastening tabletop to frame (see Figure 7-30).
2. Remove and set aside in safe area to avoid damage.
3. Reassemble in reverse order.

7.20.3 Back Section
Remove Tabletop Back Section as follows:
1. Remove and save 12 slotted pan head screws
fastening tabletop to frame (see Figure 7-31).
