bracket.
12. Disconnect leg hydraulic cylinder connection.
Discard hydraulic screw and sealing washers.
13. Push hydraulic cylinder toward table foot end and
lift from table.
14. Reassemble in reverse order.
NOTE: When reassembling the leg hydraulic cylinder,
note the following:
1) Replace (do not reuse) hydraulic screws and sealing
washers (see Figure 7-38). Ensure bolt threads,
manifold threads and hose connectors are free of
rubber seal particles.
2) Torque new screws to 12 N•m (106 lbf•in).
3) After reassembly, move leg section up and down
several times to ensure proper operation and no
hydraulic oil leakage.
4) Level tabletop.

7.24 LEG SENSOR REPLACEMENT
Replace kidney hydraulic cylinder as follows:
1. Position tabletop to level.
2. Turn Main Power Switch to OFF and remove
battery fuse (refer to supplied Operator Manual for
more information).
3. Remove tabletop seat section per
.
4. Remove seat plastic cover.
5. Remove six lower screws from table column plastic
cap (see Figure 7-21) and allow table column cover
to lower to base cover.
6. Remove cursor from left leg cylinder rod (see

8. Disconnect sensor from main CPU board (P73
connector).
9. Remove and replace sensor.
10. Reassemble in reverse order. Verify cursor full
movement is centered as much as possible on
sensing strip (does not approach edges too
closely).
7.25 LEG SUPPORT SWITCH
REPLACEMENT
Replace leg support switch as follows:
1. Position tabletop to level.
2. Turn Main Power Switch to OFF and remove
battery fuse (refer to supplied Operator Manual for
more information).
3. Remove leg section and set safely aside.
4. Remove both left and right leg switch plate cover
(see Figure 7-40).
5. Remove closing plate.

6. Remove both switch mounting screws and remove
switch (see Figure 7-41).
7. Reassemble in reverse order.
8. Verify switch operation using hand control and
ensure leg section locking function operates
