5.10 Hinterspeichenplatzierung
(
Split Weight Mode
)
Das Messprogramm Hinterspeichenplatzierung
(HWM) ermöglicht es, bei Speichenrädern die
Ausgleichsgewichte, die aufgrund der Messung in
einen Speichenzwischenraum - also sichtbar und bei
Kunden nicht beliebt- angebracht werden müssten,
zu teilen.
Der Modus SWM empfiehlt alternativ zuerst zwei
gleiche Gewichte zu verwenden, die direkt hinter
den beiden am nächsten stehenden Radspeichen
angebracht werden (Beispiel,
Abbildung 5-26
).

M e s s l a u f a u t o m a t i s c h d i e e n t s p r e c h e n d e
Hinterspeichenplatzierung und gibt die zugehörige
Ausgleichsposition über die Bildschirmanzeige an.
Nachfolgend sind Vorgehensweise und Durchführung
der Hinterspeichenplatzierung beschrieben und
gezeigt.
5.10.1 Anwahl des Modus Verstecktes
Gewicht
Die Hinterspeichenplatzierung wird über die Taste

Gewichteplatzierungen Alu 2, Alu 2P, Alu 3 und Alu
3P (nicht sichtbares Ausgleichsgewicht) verfügbar und
kann hier auf Wunsch aktiviert werden.

aktiv, nachdem die Anzahl der Speichen über die

eingegeben wurde.
Vorgehensweise
Nach dem Lauf auf der Bildschirmseite AUSWUCHTEN:

Mit der Taste (

die auf das verarbeitete
Rad passende Anzahl Speichen wählen (falls
dieser Wert noch nicht eingegeben wurde). Jedem
Drücken der Taste entspricht eine Erhöhung.
Auf der

Zustandsleiste erscheint die Anzeige:
Speichenanzahl eingestellt.
Die Speichenzahl ist wählbar von 3 bis 12 Speichen.

Das Rad so drehen, dass eine Speiche direkt mittig
über der Hauptwelle steht (

derrière les rayons - SWM (

)
Le programme d’équilibrage pour le positionnement
des masses derrière les rayons (HWM) permet de
partager les poids de correction que la machine
recommanderait d’appliquer dans une position visible,
que le client apprécierait diffi cilement.
Le mode SWM recommande donc à défaut deux
masses équivalentes à la première, à placer derrière
les deux rayons les plus proches (par exemple,
Fig.
5-26
).
L’unité électronique calcule automatiquement après
la lancée de mesure le positionnement derrière les
rayons et affi che sur l’écran la position de correction
correspondante.
La façon de procéder et l’exécution du positionnement
derrière les rayons sont décrites et indiquées ci-
dessous.
5.10.1 Sélection Mode Masses cachées
Le positionnement des masses derrière les rayons est
actionné avec la touche (

Le positionnement des masses derrière les rayons est
disponible dans les modes d’équilibrage Alu 2, Alu 2P,
Alu 3 et Alu 3P (masse d’équilibrage cachée) et peut
être sélectionné au besoin.

Tourner la roue de façon à ce qu’un des rayons se
trouve perpendiculairement au-dessus de l’arbre
