The power clamp device is not clamped.
The measuring run has been started with the device
not clamped correctly.
•
Release the wheel and then clamp it correctly.
E15
Recalibration correction factor is out of range.
During recalibration, values above or below the preset
calibration values were found. This message is only
a warning. Use the clamping device supplied with the
machine or perform basic calibration (Service).
E16
During the recalibration performed by the operator, the
calibration weight was attached by mistake already
during the fi rst measuring run.
Unscrew the calibration weight and press
START
.
E17
Wheel slips on clamping device.
The clamping nut is not tightened properly, the main
shaft accelerates too quickly. The machine will stop.
Tighten the wheel clamping nut and, in special cases,
press the
START
key for longer.
E83
During a measuring run the values measured are
rendered useless due to external interferences (e.g.:
strong vibrations) and the run is interrupted.
Repeat the measuring run.
E88
The main shaft rpm exceeds the safety limit.
E92
The measuring arm for offset and diameter is faulty.
Call service team.
As long as the measuring arm is defective, enter offset
values and rim dimensions using the menu keys and
rotating the wheel (
F
5.5).
