Power-on procedure

Connect the supplied power cable to the

power inlet of the printer and AC power
supply outlet.

Turn on the power switch on the operation

panel.

When turning on the power, the printer
performs the power-on self-diagnostic test
and displays the following messages on the
operation panel.

Note

- When the printer is performing “INITIALIZING...”or “CLEANING”, if the power is

turned off unnecessarily, ink may drip or the print head may be damaged.
