Soft key toolbar of marker function
The soft key toolbar of the marker function can be used to set the starting value, ending value, center value, reference value and
delay.
1) marker function dialog box
a) [Marker > Start] button
Click it to set the sweep start value to be equal to the stimulate value of the active marker.
b) [Marker > Stop] button
Click it to set the sweep end value to be equal to the stimulate value of the active marker.
c) [Marker > Center] button
Click it to set the sweep center value to be equal to the stimulate value of the active marker.
d) [Marker > Ref level] button
Click it to set the sweep reference value to be equal to the stimulate value of the active marker.
e) [Marker > Delay] button
Click it and the electrical delay of the reception path will be adjusted according to the phase slope of the active marker. In this case,
the phase trace near the active marker will be flattened. This function can be used to measure the electrical length and phase offset. It
is only applicable to ratio measurement.
f)
[Marker > Span] button
Click it to set the sweep span value to be equal to the stimulate difference (
△
marker) between the active marker and reference
marker. This button is effective only when the
△
marker function of the active marker is enabled.
