Steps of Frequency Accuracy Test
1) As shown in Fig. 11.1, connect the system and preheat is for 60min at least.
2) Press [Reset] to set the initial state of S3602 series vector network analyzers.
3) Press [Stimulus] > [Sweep] > [CW] > [Frequency], and enter 10GHz. Press [Stimulus] > [Trigger] > [Hold]. The reading of the
frequency meter will be the frequency of the stimulus signal of the analyzer.
