Fault messages
The following fault messages can display:
No PC contact : The internal device control is without contact to the
internal PC. Shut down the ROWE system using the red Stop button
(offline). Switch off the device via the master switch. Wait 30
seconds and then switch on the ROWE system again. If he
message reappears, contact the ROWE authorized service, please
[Fig. 504].

Note: Switching off the device without prior shut down may cause
loss of data as well as errors in the operating system. Let approx. 30
seconds pass after switching off before restart.
Jam magazine : This message [Fig. 505] means that there is a jam
in one of the roll drawers. See this chapter, section "Removing
paper jams" for further information
