Separate profiles to install set screws
into inside and outside bolt tracks.
Some of the set screws will be secured
in this step. Most are used in later
steps. They are difficult to install after
the base is assembled. Pay careful
attention to ensure you have the
correct number of set screws in the
correct bolt track in each profile. The
profiles have different amounts of
screws on the inside and outside bolt
tracks. The chart and illustration show
the set screw placement.
IMPORTANT: When assembling base, make
certain the profiles are straight and flush
against each other. Secure profiles together,
and ensure corners are square. The diagonal
measurements on inside corners should be
equal. Secure corners to desired foundation
until assembly is completed. We recommend
using a two by four platform.
NOTE: Instructions include twenty set screws
necessary for securing to ground in step 11.
